The Resort Fee includes: 1) Basic Internet (more on that later), 2) Local and Domestic Long Distance Calls (two telephones in the room), 3) Coffee and Tea Service in a small room across from the Gift Shop from 6 a.m. When checking in, we were informed there is a $9.99 per day Resort Fee (which is really $11.19 because the fee is taxed). If we arrived earlier than 12 p.m., it would cost $16.99 for early check in. On that date, we called and were advised we could arrive at after 12 p.m.

The following is a very detailed review of the Aliante Hotel, which opened on November 11, 2008. If I thought the hotel was receiving different management I would definitely consider returning for another stay the facility itself was good.My husband and I are locals, and we stayed at this hotel due to a Living Social Special. The hotel staff was very friendly and the gym was very nice. It appears the whole thing washed over with the hotel staff because I received no apologies from management, and no discounts for my trouble. Fortunately the room was much cleaner the second night.

I was staying two days so I had another night and I was hoping the second night would redeem the first. I slept on top of the blankets and told the desk clerk (and filled out a comment card) in the morning. Due to work I did not get to my room the first night until after 10 PM and I was exhausted. Pillows were left scattered in the room and the bed was half turned down. it looked like the hotel employees did some half effort straightening then left. everything about the hotel was very clean and nice except my room.

It was a business trip and all I needed was a clean room to go sleep in.
